The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a suspect seen on video surveillance in a residential burglary incident in the 2100 block of Soniat Street on August 4, 2018.
The above pictured subject was captured on video surveillance burglarizing a residence in the area. Detectives believe this individual frequents the Freret Street area.
