The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying a suspect caught on surveillance video in a theft incident that occurred in the 300 block of Virginia Street on August 10, 2018.
At about 11:30 a.m., the photographed subject was observed via video surveillance stealing a package from the victim’s front porch and fleeing the area on a purple bicycle.
The subject was described as a white female possibly in her 20s with shaggy dark hair and a tattoo of a rosary on her chest and right arm. She was las seen wearing a blue shirt, black pants and black shoes. The bicycle is described as a purple 10-speed bicycle with thick spoked wheels.
