The NOPD is requesting assistance in locating and identifying a suspect in the ongoing investigation of a shooting that occurred on April 2, 2023, in the 2400 block of Saint Louis Street.
At about 7:27 p.m., the pictured unknown black male was allegedly seen firing shots into a crowd of people at the location during an event. The subject was then seen fleeing the scene on foot.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
