The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Timothy Jackson (pictured, black male, DOB: 10-20-1999) in the investigation of an incident that occurred on April 22, 2023, in the 3700 block of Bruxelles Street.
At about 12:15 p.m. on April 22, NOPD Third District officers responded to a call for service at the location regarding a stolen vehicle. While at the scene, a subject later identified as Jackson attempted to run over a police officer in the vehicle before fleeing the scene.
NOPD Third District detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for Jackson for principle to aggravated assault and for resisting an officer.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
