New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for felony theft.
Wanted is William Franklin Hill, Jr. (pictured), White male, DOB 11/21/1963, height 6' 0", and weight 175 pounds. He removed a gold watch from a display case at a shop in the 300 block of Canal Street and then fled. An arrest warrant has been issued for William Hill Franklin, Jr.
He was last seen driving a black-color 2014 Land Rover LR2 SUV with Georgia license plate YJC224.
