Suspect Arrested For Auto Burglary

New Orleans Police have arrested a suspect in connection with multiple burglaries of an automobile.

Arrested was Brandon McGee, Black male, DOB 11/25/1989.

According to investigators, First and Eighth District officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress inside a parking garage in the 500 block of Convention Center Boulevard at about 2:00 p.m. on April 24, 2024. The suspect was taken into custody at that location. Further investigation resulted in the suspect being additionally charged for auto burglaries committed in the 1000 block of Magazine Street. Brandon McGee was booked at Central Lockup for a total of seven (7) counts of burglary of an automobile.
