NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Andrea Kelly (pictured; DOB:9/5/69) who is wanted for a fraud incident.
On April 2, 2021, the victim noticed that his debit card was located in a different section of his wallet than he normally kept it. The following day, the victim discovered $620 was taken from his account. An investigation revealed that the victim’s ex-girlfriend (pictured subject), removed his debit card and withdrew funds from his account before placing the card back in his wallet.
