The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Randy Lewis (pictured, male, DOB: 12-07-1990) in the investigation of an attempted homicide on April 8 in the 12300 block of South I-10 Service Road.
Through investigation, Lewis was positively identified as the perpetrator in this incident, and an arrest warrant was issued on a charge of attempted homicide.
