New Orleans – The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an unknown subject involved in a theft incident that occurred on April 20, 2020.
At around 11:58 a.m., the pictured subject stole a light blue tricycle from the intersection of Baronne and Girod Streets. The subject was last seen riding the tricycle down Baronne Street toward Calliope Street.
