UPDATE: Phillip Pleasant arrived at NOPD Headquarters on April 7, 2020 and provided a voluntary statement to detectives. Investigation into this incident remains active and ongoing.
ORIGINAL: The NOPD is seeking to locate a subject identified as a person of interest for questioning in the investigation of a homicide that occurred on January 4, 2020 in the 1300 block of France Street.
Phillip Pleasant (pictured, DOB: 12-04-1984) is believed to have pertinent knowledge relevant to the investigation. Pleasant is not wanted for criminal charges in relation to this incident, but he is wanted for questioning.
