The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a suspect who is responsible for stealing a victim’s packages from the 2400 block of Joseph Street.
On March 15, 2019 an unknown black female reportedly walked up to the victim’s residence and opened a couple of packages that were left outside of the residence. The subject reportedly stuffed the items inside of a shopping bag and fled the scene.
The perpetrator is approximately 5’6”, medium build with short hair. She was last seen wearing a purple sweater and Mardi Gras beads.
