NOPD officers are searching for a suspect and a vehicle involved in an aggravated assault incident that occurred near the intersection of I-10 East and Crowder Boulevard.
On April 1, 2019 at or around 10 a.m., the subject observed in the photograph was driving the pictured vehicle on the overpass when his passenger, who is not seen in the photograph, leaned out of the window and began firing shots at the victim.
