NOPD VOWS Unit, U.S. Marshals Arrests Suspects in Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Assault Incidents

NOPD VOWS Unit, U.S. Marshals Arrests Suspects in Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Assault Incidents

The NOPD’s Violent Offender Warrant Squad and the U.S. Marshals arrested two suspects on April 23, 2019, in connection with unrelated investigations.

Keemia Temple (Female, DOB: 10-24-1990) was arrested in the investigation of an aggravated battery which occurred at the intersection of Pressburg Avenue and Press Street on October 16, 2018. Temple was located and arrested at a residence in the 7400 block of Edwards Street. She was booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center for aggravated battery. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact NOPD Third District detectives at 504-658-6030.

Jasmine Williams (Female, DOB: 01-18-1988) was arrested in connection with an aggravated assault with a firearm which occurred in the 2400 block of Esplanade Avenue on March 29, 2019. Williams was located and arrested at a residence in the 2600 block of Myrtle Street and booked accordingly into the Orleans Parish Justice Center. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact NOPD First District detectives at 504-658-6010.
