The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject believed to be responsible for a package theft in the 700 block of Touro Street on March 22, 2019.
At approximately 3:59 p.m., the pictured unknown white male subject was seen removing a package from the victim’s front porch. The subject then fled the area with the package.
