Suspect, Person of Interest Sought in Theft, Access Device Fraud Incident on Ursulines Street

The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a suspect and a person of interest in connection with a theft and access device fraud incident in the 1300 block of Ursulines Street on February 16, 2018.

At about 11 a.m., two credit cards were stolen from the victim at a hotel in the area. The pictured unknown black female was seen using one of the cards to conduct two financial transactions at the Winn-Dixie store in the 400 block of North Carrollton Avenue.

The pictured white female was present with the subject at the time of the transaction, and is sought for questioning as a person of interest regarding this incident.
