NOPD Searches for Suspect in Armed Robbery Incident

NOPD officers are searching for Andrew Stevens (DOB: 12-31-2000) who is wanted for his involvement in an armed robbery incident that occurred on Monday, March 26, 2018, near the intersection of Crowder Boulevard and South I-10 Service Road.

The reporting person told police he and two of his family members were walking home near the South I-10 Service Road when they were approached by two black males, who demanded the victims’ properties. The victims complied, at which time the suspects demanded the victims to unlock their phones and change the passcode. The subjects then fled the location with the victims' possessions, heading toward Brittany Park.

Stevens was later identified as a perpetrator in this incident. When located, Stevens will be charged with three counts of armed robbery with a firearm.
