The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Larry Winbush, AKA “Jigga” (DOB: 05-28-1999) in connection with an auto theft incident in the 4300 block of Toulouse Street on April 9, 2018.
The victim told police that at about noon on April 8, she parked her white 2015 Ford Edge SUV in the block, locking and securing the vehicle with the keypad. Upon returning to the location at about 7 a.m. on April 9, her vehicle was discovered to be missing.
As investigation progressed into this incident, detectives were able to develop Winbush as the perpetrator in this incident.
