NOPD Arrest Subject for Simple Burglary & Possession of Stolen Property

The NOPD Fourth District officers arrested Wade Crawford (DOB: 12-17-1978) in connection with a burglary incident that happened in the 1800 block of Opelousas Street.

The incident happened on Tuesday, (March 27). Crawford and his acquaintance entered the residence without permission and removed several items from the location.

Fourth District detectives executed a search warrant at Crawford’s residence and located additional items that were reported stolen during the burglary incident.

Crawford has a criminal history of burglary. He was transported to the Orleans Justice Center and charged with simple burglary and possession of stolen things.
