NOPD officers made multiple arrests last week including suspects wanted in connection with such offenses as homicide, armed robbery, aggravated assault, arson, burglary and rape. Officers also confiscated two firearms. 

April 3

Darrell Cipriani (DOB: 8/31/1992) for aggravated assault with a firearm, illegal use of a weapon, and criminal damage to property.  The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Onzaga Street on March 12, 2017, and Cipriani was arrested in the 1800 block of Tchoupitoulas Street.

Kevin Green (DOB: 3/28/94) for auto burglary. The incident and the arrest took place in the 600 block of Iberville Street.

April 4

Everett Williams (DOB: 9/2/1965) for a Court Capias warrant for attempted murder by cutting. The incident occurred in the 500 block of St. Ann Street on May 8, 2016, and he was arrested in 800 block of Bourbon Street.

Cashanti Epps (DOB: 5-25-86) for aggravated battery by cutting. The incident and the arrest took place in the 7600 block of Pineridge.

Luis Conde (DOB: 05/01/76) for second degree murder. The incident and the arrest occurred in the 800 block of Bourbon Street.

April 5

Keith Ward (DOB: 11/20/1979) for armed robbery with a firearm. The incident took place in the 1400 block of South Carrollton Avenue, on February 29, 2016. Ward was also arrested for an armed robbery that happened in the 1300 block of South Carrollton on March 19, 2016. He was apprehended in the 1200 block of Eagle Street.

April 6

Karl Expose (DOB:  4/10/1985) for armed robbery. The incident took place in the 1900 block of St. Ann Street and he was arrested in the 400 block of South Rampart Street. Expose was wanted for 10 outstanding arrest warrants in Orleans Parish including:  multiple counts of criminal damage to property – domestic; multiple counts of battery – domestic; and aggravated assault.

Jameel Saleem (DOB: 3/7/1980) for felon in possession of firearms and multiple narcotic violations. He was apprehended in the 4900 block of Tulip Street. Saleem was also arrested for having additional outstanding warrants from other jurisdictions. Officers confiscated two firearms.

Robert Blair (DOB: 10-23-1965) in connection with an aggravated arson that occurred in the 2400 block of St. Andrew Street and he was apprehended nearby.

Larry Causey (DOB: 11/18/1953) for attempted murder and aggravated criminal damage. The incident took place in the 3200 block of Diana Street.

Lyneisha Tennessee (DOB: 7/21/94) for burglary.  The incident occurred in the 1800 block of Annunciation Street on March 3, 2017, and she was arrested in the 3300 block of Garden Oaks Drive.

April 7

Kirk Alexander (DOB: 2/12/1983) for hit and run, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and driving without a license.  The incident took place at Chartres and Conti streets and Alexander was apprehended at Dauphine and St. Louis streets.

Darian Carter (DOB: 7/1/96) for armed robbery and armed robbery with a firearm.  The incident occurred in the 1600 block of Elysian Fields on March 25, 2017, and Carter was apprehended in the 2700 block of Tulane Avenue.

Jelani Barnes (DOB: 9/9/1979) for robbery.  The incident happened in the 5900 block of Read Boulevard and Barnes was apprehended in the 5700 block of Read.

Nairobi Ward (DOB: 8/18/1977) for two counts of rape. The incidents took place in the 7900 block of Trout Road and he was apprehended at Read Boulevard and North I-10 Service Road.
