The NOPD is looking for Ikia Felicien (DOB: 5-06-1995) in connection with an aggravated assault incident in the 6700 block of Tara Lane.
The victim stated that on April 4, 2017, at approximately 8 p.m. Felicien and her mother arrived at the victim’s residence. The two women initiated a verbal altercation with the victim that turned physical when Felicien’s mother struck the victim in the face. Felicien and her mother left the location but the two returned a short time later. The victim stated that Felicien removed a silver handgun from her waistband and pointed it at her and her grandchild.
