NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.
Mary Camille Rabon (DOB 7/3/1989) was last seen at approximately 3 a.m. on April 17, 2017, in the first block of Killdeer Street. The reporting person stated that Rabon has been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
She is a white female and was last seen wearing a black coat and black pants.
