UPDATE: Braylon Parker has been recovered and is safe. Louisiana State Police has subsequently canceled the Amber Alert issued in this incident. Wanted suspect Braydon Nix remains at large. Anyone with information as to Nix’s whereabouts is now asked to call NOPD Special Victims Section Child Abuse Unit detectives at (504) 658-5267 or to report information anonymously to Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans at 504-822-1111.
