The NOPD is preparing for the 10th Annual Horses, Hops and Cops Fundraiser, which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the NOPD Mounted stables, located at 1021 Harrison Avenue.
