Members of the New Orleans Police Department’s Fatality Section are investigating a traffic fatality that left a 39-year-old woman dead, a 5-year-old boy in stable condition, an unknown female in critical condition and a 71-year-old man in stable condition. The incident occurred shortly before 12:50 P.M. in the 2600 block of Paris Road.
