The New Orleans Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two subjects wanted in connection with a theft by fraud investigation that occurred in the 500 block of Canal on June 12, 2026.

Through investigation, detectives identified Tanishe J. Bean (B/F, DOB: 02/06/1982) and Anthony J. Martin (B/M, DOB: 07/06/2006) as wanted in connection with this incident.

Investigators determined that the victim’s cellphone and bank cards were stolen. Bean and Martin subsequently received funds through multiple fraudulent Cash App transactions involving the victim’s stolen property.

During the investigation, Bean was observed driving a 2009 Chevrolet SUV bearing Texas license plate SWW6609 during the incident.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
