New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect for simple burglary.
Wanted is Coleman Vickers (pictured), White male, DOB 06/11/1983. He is described as being "tall and slender" with tattoos on his neck and both arms. He is known to frequent the French Quarter and surrounding areas.
According to investigators, Coleman Vickers has been identified as being involved in a burglary as a perpetrator. The burglary occurred around 4:22 p.m. on August 13, 2025 in the 2800 block of Franklin Avenue. More than $15,000 worth of tools was taken in the burglary.
Coleman Vickers is considered armed and dangerous as he is known to be armed with a firearm. Citizens should not approach him and should call police instead.
Anyone with information regarding the crime or the location of Coleman Vickers is asked to call Third District detectives at 504-658-6030 or to anonymously call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111. Citizens who spot him should call 911.
