NOPD is seeking the public's help in locating a suspect wanted in connection with a simple battery investigation.
On Thursday August 14, 2025, the suspect entered a school campus in the 3000 block of Canal Street and allegedly battered a football coach.
Through investigation, the suspect was positively identified as Bradley Lewis, (pictured) Black male, DOB: 3/22/1990.
Lewis is charged with violation of Louisiana Revised Statues 14:34.3 relative to Battery on a School Teacher, 14:37 relative to Aggravated Assault, 14:95.5(a) relative to possession of a dangerous weapon on school property and 14:103 a(2) relative to disturbing the peace by language (threats).
