Suspects Wanted For Aggravated Battery

Suspects Wanted For Aggravated Battery

New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating two suspects wanted for aggravated battery by shooting.

Wanted are (pictured):

Jerome Benjamin Senior, Black male, age 54

Jerome Benjamin Junior, Black male, age 18

According to investigators, around 10:50 p.m. on September 13, 2024 Fifth District officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 3000 block of Oliver White Street.  On arrival, responding officers found a 20 year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to hospital by New Orleans EMS, where he was listed as being in stable condition.

Detectives later confirmed the shooting actually occurred in the 3300 block of Maurice Duncan Drive. Further investigation discovered the perpetrators of the shooting were Jerome Benjamin Senior and Jerome Benjamin Junior. Arrests warrants for both are on file.

Please note all persons are considered innocent unless convicted in a court of law.
