New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for aggravated assault and the theft of a firearm.
Wanted is Marquis Thompson (pictured), Black male, DOB 09/18/2001.
According to investigators, on September 28, 2024 at a residence in the 1700 block of Pace Boulevard Marquis Thompson took the victim's firearms from her purse, threatened her with the weapon, and then fled the location with the stolen firearm.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the wanted suspect is asked to call Fourth District detectives at 504-658-6040 or to anonymously call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
