New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a person of interest in connection with a homicide investigation.
Sought is Carl Newman (pictured), Black male, DOB 09/01/1991.
According to investigators, a homicide occurred on October 5, 2022 in the 3500 block of Thalia Street. Two people were shot during the incident and one of them later died. During the investigation, Homicide detectives identified Carl Newman as being an individual who may possess important information concerning the crime.
Please note Carl Newman is NOT currently wanted for any crime and is sought only for the information he may possess.
