The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a suspect in the investigation of an aggravated battery by cutting incident that occurred on September 11, 2022, in the 800 block of Burgundy Street.
The victim had reported being in an earlier argument with the pictured unknown subject on the previous night. At about 10:41 a.m. on September 11, the perpetrator reportedly returned to the location, and another argument ensued. The perpetrator then allegedly punched the victim, who noticed he then had a stab arm under his arm. The suspect fled on the pictured bicycle.
