The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a suspect in the investigation of a shooting that occurred on September 2, 2022, in the 6100 block of Franklin Avenue.
At about 6:01 p.m., the pictured unknown black male allegedly shot the victim at the location. The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the knee. The suspect fled the scene. The victim was transported to a local hospital via private conveyance.
