The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a vehicle believed to have been utilized in a shooting incident on September 17, 2022, in the 4900 block of Louisa Street, along with two subjects seen with the vehicle.
At about 7:34 p.m. on September 17, the pictured pickup truck and the two pictured subjects were involved in the commission of the shooting. One of the unknown subjects was armed with a firearm.
