The NOPD is looking to identify and locate the pictured subject after he was seen on surveillance video burglarizing a vehicle.
The incident happened on August 23, 2017. The victim parked his vehicle at around 11 a.m. behind a church in the 2500 block of Napoleon Avenue. At about 6:14 p.m., the victim was alerted by a witness that his vehicle had been broken into by an unknown black male subject.
