The NOPD is searching for a suspect responsible for theft in the 900 block of Canal Street.
On July 7, 2016 at around 11:00 p.m., the victim met a black male subject on his way to his hotel room after leaving a restaurant in the area. The victim stated he spoke with the subject about a job offer. When the victim woke up from a nap, he discovered his cell phone, credit card, driver’s license and cash missing from his brown wallet.
