The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a theft suspect.
On September 6, 2016, at approximately 2:20 p.m., an unknown black female was observed taking a wallet out of another woman’s purse at a bar in the 300 block of Gravier Street.
The suspect is described as a female with a brown complexion who was wearing a tan hat and gray hospital scrubs with UMC in white letters in the upper left chest area. She fled the scene in a gray, newer model Jeep.
