The NOPD is asking the public to be on the lookout for a juvenile reported as missing from Cheyenne, Wyoming who is believed to possibly be in the New Orleans area.
On September 15, 2016, Eighth District detectives were contacted by representatives from the Cheyenne Police Department concerning Saphron Diehl-Power (DOB: 3-11-1999), a juvenile reported as missing on March 17, 2015. Cheyenne police advised that Diehl-Power may be in the New Orleans Metro area.
Photos of Diehl-Power can be found below. She is described as a white female with bleached blonde hair featuring green tips. Diehl-Power was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with a green shamrock and light-colored jeans.
