The NOPD needs the public’s assistance locating a suspect wanted for theft.
A little after 9 a.m. on August 17, 2016, the suspect was observed on surveillance camera video taking a cell phone off of a counter inside the Capital One Bank in the 4100 block of Canal Street. A still photo of the suspect that was pulled from the video can be seen above.
