The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Abdellah Karim (pictured, male, DOB: 11-06-1983) in the investigation of a simple rape reported on March 29, 2018 in the 300 block of Bourbon Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Special Victims Section Sex Crimes Detectives positively identified Karim as the perpetrator in this incident and obtained an arrest warrant on a charge of third-degree rape.
Additionally, an active search warrant has been obtained to collect a DNA sample from Karim.
