The NOPD is seeking to locate a vehicle reported stolen from the 3700 block of Utah Street on September 30, 2019.
The reported stolen vehicle (pictured) is described as a silver Volkswagen GTI Hatchback with no license plate.
The vehicle is believed to have been stolen around 9:35 p.m., just before the victim discovered his primary vehicle had been burglarized and the key to the stolen car taken.
