The NOPD has obtained arrest warrants for Kevionne Celestine (pictured at left, DOB: 03-28-1996) and Derrick Veasley (pictured at right, DOB: 11-08-1984) in connection with a criminal damage incident that occurred on July 1, 2019 in the 400 block of North Rampart Street.
Through investigation, NOPD First District detectives determined Celestine and Veasley to be to the perpetrators in this incident.
