The NOPD is seeking to locate a subject sought in the investigation of a theft that happened at a construction site in the 700 block of O’Keefe Street on August 26, 2019.
At around 11:15 p.m., the pictured unknown male was observed on surveillance cameras inside of a secured construction site. The next morning, the victim discovered his office had been broken into and several pieces of construction equipment stolen.
