NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking to locate a subject sought in the investigation of a theft that happened at Walmart in the 4300 block of Chef Menteur Highway on October 5, 2019.
At around 12:30 p.m., the pictured unknown male was observed on surveillance cameras leaving the store with a stolen purse. The subject allegedly took the purse while the victim was in line preparing to check out.
