The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate an individual believed to possibly be a suspect in vehicle burglary incidents in the Seventh District.
On September 24, 2019, at approximately 3:29 a.m., the pictured subject driving the pictured white 2018 Kia Optima bearing Louisiana license plate 954CYJ was seen in the drive-thru lane of a local restaurant. Upon viewing marked NOPD units enter the parking lot of the restaurant, the subject immediately fled the location in the vehicle, prior to obtaining his change from the drive-thru cashier.
