The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two suspects believed to be responsible for a business burglary on September 13, 2018 in the 3800 block of Howard Avenue.
At about 2:30 a.m., the below pictured subject, Jay Raymond Jackson Jr. (DOB: 06-03-1986) along with another unidentified subject, reportedly broke into a business in the 3800 block of Howard Avenue.
