The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate three subjects believed to be responsible for a simple criminal damage to property incident that occurred on October 28, 2018 in the 1000 block of Burgundy Street.
At about 7:08 a.m., the pictured subjects allegedly damaged a vehicle and broke a flower pot and Halloween decorations on a home while walking in the area. The subjects fled the scene eastbound on foot.
