The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying a subject believed to be responsible for a simple battery that occurred in the 900 block of Port Street on October 24, 2018.
At about 2:50 p.m., the above pictured subject allegedly approached the victim from behind and struck her in the back of the head. The subject then fled northbound on Port Street. It should be noted that the subject’s black jacket was described as having red roses printed on the back.
