The NOPD Third District is searching for Troy Matthews (DOB:09/03/1993) and Byron Matthews (DOB:11/21/1991) after they reportedly robbed a woman at gunpoint on Monday, August 28, 2017.
The incident happened at about 1:02 a.m. near Chef Menteur Highway and Congress Drive. The suspects picked the victim up in a blue 2005 Nissan Maxima with a Louisiana license plate # 652AYY. The suspects ordered the victim to take off her clothes then they both proceeded to point a two-toned firearm at her while demanding her money. After the suspects robbed the victim, Byron Matthews pushed the victim out of the vehicle while driving at a high rate of speed.
