The NOPD is looking to locate a black 2014 Genuine scooter that was reported from the 100 block of Roosevelt Way.
On Friday, September 29, 2017, the victim secured his scooter bearing Louisiana license #MC619928 at around 9 p.m. in the area. The next day morning, the victim discovered the scooter missing from the location.
