NOPD Arrests Suspect for Possessing Firearms & Narcotics, with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana

Fourth District narcotics detectives arrested Peyton Nelson (DOB: 02/20/1994) on Friday, (Oct. 27) in the 4000 block of Behrman Hwy.

Nelson was charged with the offence of illegally carrying a firearm while in possession of illegal narcotics. In addition to the aforementioned charges, detectives executed a search warrant for Nelson’s vehicle and recovered multiple firearms, 15 individually wrapped bags of marijuana, one large bag of marijuana, six Tramadol pills, two masks, scales, baggies and live rounds.
